2. Keep Records

During your showers and while you’re opening gifts, have someone write down — specifically — who gave you what. Keep a notebook with a column that allows you to mark off each note as it is sent. That way, you can make sure you don’t forget anyone. Besides, what if years later you can’t remember who gave you that crystal bud vase? Keeping your notebook around will let you look it up.
