Sharing your big day with friends and family is always special, you want to be sure to properly thank them for attending and giving you gifts if applicable. A proper thank you note should be sent in a timely manner, but don’t think you have to start on them as soon as you get back the honeymoon. Three months from the date is fairly standard. It lets the guests know that they were appreciated. Guests are not expected to bring gifts, so be sure to thank them for what they gave you if they did bring a gift. They didn’t bring a gift? That’s fine, be sure to thank them for simply being there. Sharing that special day with you is the best gift they could give you.
