1. How Much? 

Generally, you’ll be good to go if you plan on 1 pound of ice per expected guest. It seems like a lot, but if you were to measure out a pound of ice, it would probably be less than you think. Consider that most guests will probably have more than one drink at the bar, and 1 pound of wedding ice per person seems appropriate. If your wedding is outdoors during warm weather, try to plan on 1.5 pounds per person.
