A lot of venues have restrictions on what is allowed to be brought on site and what you have to purchase through them. Ask the venue director about specific items: the cake, the food, the drinks, etc. Make sure to get a list of what you can and can’t bring onsite. You don’t to show up to the venue on the big day with all your catered food only to be told that you can’t bring it in. What a disaster!
