7. Think Outside the Cake
Instead of a traditional (and expensive) wedding cake, serve something original like pastries or chocolate covered strawberries. I went to one wedding that had an ice cream bar — all the guests raved about it. Saving money on food is one of the best budgeting tips I can give you!
