When it comes to weddings, there are a lot of rules for etiquette that brides, grooms, guests, and wedding parties are expected to follow. In this day and age, some may be a little outdated for the way weddings are done today. However, there is still value in knowing the traditional guidelines. Most of these are easy to find in books, magazines, and websites. But there are also several unwritten or unspoken wedding rules you should be following when you’re planning to tie the knot.
1. Don’t Invite Someone to a Pre-Wedding Party Only
If you’re going to invite someone to a wedding shower or other pre-wedding shindig, you really need to invite them to the wedding. It’s just polite. If they won’t be on the wedding guest list, you’re better off to leave them out of pre-wedding festivities.
