4. Don’t Let Guests Freeze
With a little planning, you can make sure your guests don’t have to wait outside in the cold for your receiving line. Make sure your venue can help work this out by placing the line in the right spot, and making entryways and vestibules available. Make sure there is plenty of warm waiting space for guests.
