6. You Don’t Need to Include Kids
If you have kids you feel really close to and want them as part of your wedding party (flower girl or ring bearer), go for it. You can even have more than one flower girl or young page to walk down the isle holding keepsakes or signs. But you don’t necessarily need those roles filled, so there’s no reason to force it. If you want adults only at your wedding, it’s always wise to plan a “kids room” with supervision, play, and treats during your wedding and/or reception.
